FEATURED PARK & ATHLETIC FIELD DESIGNS
Portland Public Schools Athletic Fields - Portland, OR
Mears Design Group prepared and provided central control irrigation design subsurface drainage design, construction details and specification for four of their high school athletic fields. Upon finalizing the construction documents we provided assistance during the bidding phase and oversaw the installation of the projects. Field irrigation assessment and auditing was completed upon installation of irrigation system. The school district is enjoying green playable fields with less irrigation costs than previous years. We continue to provide assistance for the irrigation system.

As project Landscape Architect, Troy Mears assisted with the 80 acre master plan development and incorporation. During the ball field phase of the master plan, Troy Mears provided the construction documents for (3) soccer fields, (1) baseball field and (2) softball fields. The documents also included site amenities and a continuation of the park circulation pathway.
